I own CoolCarGuy.com, and for 19 years, I brokered cars nationwide through various dealerships, including my boutique dealership in Lone Tree, Colorado. I branded myself as The Cool Car Guy in 2005 when I started selling vehicles professionally. One day, a client introduced me as her personal “cool car guy” during a presentation, and the name stuck. I quickly bought the domain CoolCarGuy.com and built my brand around it.

For almost two decades, I sold millions of dollars in vehicles, observing how technology has made car buying easier for dealers and consumers. In 2021, my wife Becky and I moved to New Mexico. I ran the dealership remotely until 2024, when I decided to take CoolCarGuy.com in a new direction as a classified ad site exclusively for cool cars.

With years of expertise in buying, selling, trading, and leasing vehicles, I wanted to create something unique in the automotive industry. Unlike most dealerships that carry inventory, CoolCarGuy.com focused on building relationships and selling one vehicle at a time, much like classified advertising.

I’ve been passionate about cars since buying my first vehicle at 15. I love driving and have countless stories from my years in the business. I’m excited to share my expertise and stories on my YouTube channel and create new ones with new vehicles and new people with cool cars, as I steer CoolCarGuy.com into its next chapter.

Besides being The Cool Car Guy, I like to run marathons. I ran my first marathon in 2008 and since that time I have run 119 marathons. My wife Becky has run 100 marathons and that photo above is when we completed the New York City marathon. You can find us out running on the trails of New Mexico on a regular basis.
